I once heard two people having a conversation and one said to the other. I would love to live in a place that's warm and sunny like 70-80 degrees year round, rarely rains and no clouds, but also gets snow so you can go to the beach and or ski on the same day. The other person looked at him like he was crazy and said that's impossible so stop dreaming.
