As I keep saying, the homeless situation is out of control.The homeless problem in Los Angeles should serve as a wake up call to what will soon be headed to a city near you. The homeless population is no longer solely comprised of drug addicts, individuals with mental health issues or people who have fallen on hard times. Some of the homeless are working individuals with good paying jobs who have found an alternative to giving up 2/3 of their check to rent. You can now purchase a tent and live rent free. The movement has begun and it will be difficult to reverse.
