This is THE best book I read this year. It has a lot of golden nuggets of wisdom from the "billionaires, icons and world-class performers." I usually write down impactful notes in a notebook for the book I am currently reading, but there was so much inspiring and motivational advice, I had to xerox and take pictures of specific parts of the book. This book is worth buying!

What I appreciated from this book is that the advice, knowledge, expertise and wisdom has been tried and tested. The information given by these experts is not just things that sound good, but have been proven through their own stories and experiences to catapult them to how they are today. I learned so much and would like to share the advice and knowledge that stood out the most.
1) Slow Carb Diet: This struck a cord with me since I have struggled with weight throughout my life starting through middle school. For the past few months, I have been essentially on this way of eating since I started the ketogenic diet and have also incorporated fasting. I bascially fell into the slow carb diet by experimenting things on my own.
Rule #1: Don't eat "white" starchy carbs: bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and grains
Rule #2: Eat the same few meals over and over again, especially breakfast and lunch
Rule #3: Don't drink calories
Rule #4: Don't eat fruit
Rule #5: Whenever possible, measure your progress in body fat percentage, not total pounds
Rule #6: Take one day off per week and go crazy! Tim chooses Saturday as his cheat day and calls it "Faturday."
2) Morning Rituals to help Conquer the Day
a) Make your bed: Show a sense of accomplishment and control at the beginning of the day
b) meditate
c) Do 5-10 repetitions of something
d) drink tea
e) Morning pages or 5 minute journal
to be answered in the morning:
I am grateful for (3 things)
What would make today great? (3 things)
Daily affirmations I am (3 things)
to be answered at night:

How could I have made today better? (3 things)
3) Tips from Chade-Meng "Meng" Tan on Meditation
a) have a mindfulness buddy to keep each other accountable
b) do what you can with mindfulness without it feeling like a chore
c) take one breath a day
d) "Just Note Gone" and train the mind that it has already happened/ detect the moment has "gone"
e) loving-kindness: Identify at last two strangers a day and just think, "I wish for this person to be happy"
4) Tim talks about how "success" can be relatively simple. Just start with making 1000 people extremely, extremely happy. Have true fans that will support you no matter what. They can be the source of income as well as your marketing team. 1000 people is doable!
5) Hacking Kickerstarter: A step by step guide how one founder raised 100K in 10 days
6) He also has talks about fear and puts it into perspective, how to earn your freedom and the importance of being lazy.
These are some of the many things I enjoyed in this book, but I am positive you will find something that inspires you!
A MUST READ!
