I received my Farm Fresh to You box full of goodies (fresh fruits, herbs, and vegetables). Eating healthy always has been a roller coaster, but I'm doing my daily commitment to eat more of the good foods and less of the bad. Take action one meal at a time, try my best, and eat healthy (fresh vegetables, fruit and lean protein) 80% of the time. Enjoy the 20% of not so healthy and don't beat myself up about it when I do go overboard. Just improve on the next one!
