But I do have some words of wisdom as well on a more serious topic. To have issues and or concern regarding high BP then put salt on everything and then turn around and blame the high BP on being hereditary is asinine. If you were doing everything in your power to prevent high BP and still had it then you can make a case for it being hereditary. But that is clearly not the case You guys need to get into better habits of eating. Those guts are rendered unacceptable. -Sent with pure love.
And to your fake hereditary b.s. My grandmother struggled with high BP,my mom struggles with it but let me ask you this...do you think that's something I struggle with?

Your backhanded compliment is unfounded and unnecessary. You could of just said ...you made a good point about BP and that you'll do your best going forward to regulate your salt intake.. that would have been nice. However...Newsflash...both sides of my family are black therefore both sides have struggled and are struggling with high BP. If my family had white people or any other race or nationality then your comment would make sense. Next...I don't have a gut but let's say I did, is there a comparison?
